Basically you can have a main page like index.html and when someone clicks on a link you just load that page (for example products.html) into index.html using JavaScript.

I recommend you first do all the pages separately and then learn how to use AJAX to load all the contents into a single page. It's not hard to do, especially if you install the jQuery library.

This must really work fine, if the mechanism you told about really exists or if the plug-in really works with the change in the link. What conclusion I've come to is that, your website manifests the change in language in that form but I guess it does not really show up the other way round for a simple change in the link without bothering the plug-in. Hope that is clear!

Virus is much more plausible. Still, the major ones, including the various herpes, could be detected somewhat easily.

Given the findings of insoluble plaques, MSA is probably more like Alzheimer's or Creutzfeldt-Jakob's. Genetics is probably the major contributor.

Additionally, all those things you listed are not effective against any of those in vivo. Putting an extract on a pathogen in a test tube has little in common with its action in an organism. There's no data supporting the use of any of those to actual treat anything. In theory, the molecule responsible for killing could be identified and then used, assuming it doesn't kill animals too.

The people selling those "treatments" are scam artists who prey on the gullible and desperate.

Edit: Considering they've apparently done a large amount of microscopy to determine the formation of plaques, they would definitely have seen a fungus. Yeast are not that small and they are clearly not human cells.

Some bacteria would have been able to escape detection, but all it would take is doing some rRNA sequencing to determine if anything other than human is there. Viruses are trickier, but it's not terribly hard to screen for virtually every virus known.

After the realization that herpes plays a role in Alzheimer's, any competent researcher would look in any similar neurological condition.

My suggestion is to pick the things from that list that you want to do most, and do those first as you might not have time for much else. Also, the Smithsonian, Capitol, and many memorials are in the same area near the National Mall, so you could do all those things at once.

Having said that, if you downloaded Photoshop Elements and registered it on the Adobe site, then all you need to do is to login to your Adobe Account and click on "My Products", you'll see the registered program along with its serial number. That's one great thing about Adobe; as long as you buy directly from them or register your stuff, they maintain a record of it. I've got stuff going back 11 years on the Adobe site.

It's the same with Corel Painter Sketch Pad; if you registered it on the Corel site, all you need to do is to login to Corel.com, and view your account; under the "Your Products" panel is a link for "View Registrations". Your registered program and its serial number will be shown there.

If you didn't register either of them, there's unfortunately not much you can do except spring for new copies. Wacom is essentially acting as a distributor of Adobe/Corel programs, not a vendor, so they're not in the license/serial number business past what they initially provide you, which comes from Adobe and Corel anyway.
